Season Pass FAQ 

1.)  When can I expect to receive my Season Pass? 

Passes purchased before Aug. 15th will be shipped out 2-3 weeks after purchase.  Passes purchased after Aug. 15 will be shipped in 3-5 business days.  

 

2.)  Will pass prices increase after a certain time?                                                                                                    
Sale prices for passes will run through Sept. 30th 2010.  Starting Oct. 1st the Unlimited pass prices will be:       Adult - $699.00        Senior - $500.00        Teen - $500.00        Child - $269.00  

* Raw Passes will not be available after Sept. 30th

 

3.)  If I use the 2 payment plan how much will be charged on my credit card?

A one time charge of $9.95 applied to the first payment and $4.95 per pass.  The remainder will be charged on Sept. 15, 2010.

For example:

1st payment

2 Adult Unlimited passes                                             = $377

1 Child pass                                                                    = $66.50

A 1-time finance charge per transaction                    = $9.95

Shipping & Handling $4.95 per pass                          = $14.85 ($4.95 x3)

Total                                                                                  $468.30

2nd payment

2 Adult Unlimited passes                                             =   $377

1 Child pass                                                                    =   $66.50

Total                                                                                   $443.50        

Passes purchased after Sept. 1st will have the 2nd payment applied 40 days after purchase date.                                                                                                                                                            
4.)  How does my child get the Season Pass discount in Rosebuds?                                   

A parent, guardian or grandparent must have a current Unlimited Season Pass in order to get the $50 rate.

                                                                                                                                       
5.)  Can I purchase my Season Pass on-site prior to Sept. 1st?                                       

Yes you can but we ask that you call ahead first 775-849-0704 x200 to ensure the Guest Services office is open.                                                                                                                                                                                                       
6.)  What if I lose my Season Pass?                                                                                        

You will need to notify Guest Services @849-0704 x215 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to report the pass lost; a replacement pass will cost $10.

 

7.)  What if I forget my Season Pass will I have to buy a lift ticket?                                 

Guest Services will issue a one time courtesy ticket for the day.                                                                                                                                                                                                     
8.)  Will I get discounted lift tickets for family and friends?                                               

You won't be able to buy discounted tickets on a daily basis but we will have special deals throughout the season.                              

                                                                                                     

9.)  Do I get any other special discounts with my Season Pass?
