Group Lessons & Packages
Let the Ski & Snowboard School put more fun in your skiing and riding! Find information about Novice, Intermediate and Performance Workshops.

First Timers (for adults)
Mt. Rose has the best beginner terrain in the Sierras and offers lift ticket, rental equipment and 90-minute lesson packages for a great deal. Buy online!

Rosebuds (for kids)
Rosebuds kids camps are perfect for our smaller guests. Kids can get rental equipment, a lift ticket, and 2-hr. morning or afternoon session all in the same package. Mt. Rose season passholders even get a discount!

Private Lessons
The fastest way to progress is to spend some 1-on-1 time with an instructor. Hour-long lessons are available all day long with a 9 am early bird special. Semi-private lessons available as well.

Ladies Clinics
For women of low intermediate to advanced abilities, Ladies Clinics are taught by PSIA-certified women instructors.

Rentals
Mt. Rose rents skis, snowboards, boots, poles, snowblades and snowshoes. The Repair Shop offers everything from performance waxes to stone grinds.

Youth Programs
Multi-track and 5-week programs available.

Silver Ski
Silver Ski Clinics and Silver Lining ski camps are designed for skiers 50 and over. Participants enjoy a continental breakfast and on-mountain training and leave with new skills, new acquantances and an appreciation of the mountain.
